About the Role:

The Valuation Team at Freedom Property Investors plays a crucial role in ensuring that the company offers the best-valued properties to its members, intending to achieve capital growth and generate passive income. This supports the long-term goals of our members through strategic property investments. The team conducts meticulous site analyses, market reviews, and product evaluations to provide sound analyses that align with the company's objectives.

As the Valuation Team Leader, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the team, always working towards the company's goals. You will oversee and manage a team of professional valuation analysts, guiding them in producing core outputs such as comparable sales analysis, member equity dashboards, monthly lead-generating creatives, and new project development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and organize the daily project requirements of the valuation team.
• Receive project review requests from Acquisition Managers and other departments related to property valuation and market appraisal.
• Lead the drafting of comparable sales analyses and create summary reports for decision-making and negotiations.
• Manage the semi-annual update of the member equity dashboard.
• Contribute to lead-generating projects and ad hoc tasks related to valuations.
• Collaborate with other departments, including Research/Due Diligence, Marketing, and Market Analytics, to provide property value-related data for FPI.
• Stay informed on current market trends and events that impact property investment.
• Generate new projects based on the team's core outputs, packaging them into new offerings that support the company's goals.

Experience:

• Minimum of a bachelor's degree in Real Estate Management (REM), Civil Engineering, Property Economics, Banking, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong background in property valuation, market research, and data analytics.
• At least 1-3 years of leadership experience.
• Experience in the Australian property market, including research and valuation, is a plus.
