UX/UI Designer and Website Tester

Job Description

. Test website system and functionalities to ensure a seamless user experience.

. Document user experiences and provide constructive feedback for continuous improvement.

. Analyze and understand the intricacies of websites to offer valuable UX/UI feedback.

. Act as a critical thinker, identifying improvement opportunities and providing innovative solutions.

. Test the website from the perspective of different client/user personas to ensure a diverse range of user experiences.

. Collaborate with the design team to create and design new web pages, enhancing user interactions and visual appeal.

. Share expert opinions on how the website should function and provide suggestions on screen layout and design.

. Given information on the content to be displayed on the page, creatively conceptualize and recommend how the screen should be set up.

. Create detailed UX/UI design mockups that can be handed over to the tech team for development.

. Continuously test the website, identifying and reporting bugs and issues for resolution.

. Conduct user mockups and gather feedback to refine and enhance the user interface.

. Preferred: Proficiency in US real estate industry knowledge to better understand user needs and pain points.

Qualifications:

. 3-5 years of experience as a UX/UI Designer and/or Software Tester.

. A strong portfolio showcasing your previous work in website design, testing, and user experience improvement.

. Proficiency in industry-standard design and testing tools, such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, and usability testing software.

. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

. Attention to detail and a critical eye for design and usability.

. Knowledge of the US real estate industry is a plus.
