QUALIFICATION AND NEEDED WORK EXPERIENCE:
- Site Acquisition & Leasing: Identifies potential sites based on search rings, conducts site surveys (ISSR), and secures signed Lease Agreements/Contracts from landowners.
- Permitting & Compliance: Coordinates with Local Government Units (LGUs) and regulatory agencies to secure permits, zoning approvals, and Right-of-Way (ROW) access.
- Proven experience in FTTH telecom site acquisition, land acquisition, or permitting, usually 2-5+ years.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Team Leadership: Manages and mentors the SAQ team, setting targets and providing daily direction to field teams.
- Project Monitoring & Reporting: Monitors project schedules to avoid delays, prepares daily/weekly status reports, and manages site databases.
- Strong negotiation, project management, and communication skills; proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Budget Control: Oversees site acquisition budgets, cost baselines, and site rental costs.
- Vendor Management: Coordinates with subcontractors, landowners, and stakeholders for project delivery.
- Willingness to do field work and travel to sites.
- Familiarity with Philippine LGU permitting processes.
