Answering incoming calls from customers
Resolving customer inquiries/requests
Ensuring customer requests are handled in an appropriate and timely manner
Utilizing various client-based tools and applications for customer management and servicing
Providing cutting-edge service in a friendly, confident and knowledgeable manner
What are we looking for
College Graduate with Excellent Communication Skills - Starters and Adapters are Accepted
(or) Vocational Graduate (2 years graduate only - no TESDA courses) - With 2 years Customer Facing Experience
(or) High School Graduate (old curriculum) with 4 years Customer Facing Experience
(or) Senior High School with 2 years Customer Facing Experience
Basic computer navigation skills
Can work on site
