Job Description

Duties/Responsibilities:
Responsibility Includes responding to incoming calls from the customers, answering questions and inquiries, troubleshooting problems, providing information and handling complaints regarding the organization's products or services.

Qualifications:

  • College Graduate with excellent communication skills even starters & adapters are accepted
  • Vocational Graduate (2 year graduate only no TESDA courses) 2 years customer facing experience
  • High-school graduate (Old curriculum) with at least 4 years customer facing experience
  • Sr High-school (New curriculum) - 2 years customer facing experience
