Role Purpose
The Unit Inspection Manager is a key figure within Sindalah's Property Management Team, entrusted with the responsibility of overseeing the inspection of residential and commercial units to ensure they align with Sindalah's ultra-luxury standards. This role accentuates Sindalah's commitment to delivering exceptional quality, aligning with the broader visions of NEOM.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES & ACTIVITIES
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate move activities with tenants, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure adherence to schedule, budget, and quality standards.
Act as the primary point of contact for tenants and contractors during the move process, addressing concerns and ensuring satisfaction with Sindalah's services.
Collaborate with the Fit-Out and Moves Manager to develop, implement, and refine move procedures and guidelines.
Engage with stakeholders to understand their expectations, ensuring that move processes meet and exceed these expectations.
Utilize cutting-edge technologies and best practices to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of move processes.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement and excellence within the Property Management Team.
Monitor and ensure compliance with relevant regulatory, safety, and quality standards in move processes.

BACKGROUND, SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
Knowledge, Skills and Experience
Proven experience in managing inspection processes within a luxury or ultra-luxury environment.
Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
Ability to engage effectively with a diverse group of stakeholders.
Experience in leveraging technology to enhance inspection processes.
Knowledge of relevant regulatory, safety, and quality standards.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Quality Management, Construction Management, or a related field.
Professional certifications in quality or inspection management are preferred.
