Work-From-Office is a setup based in Ortigas.

  • Achieve monthly goals and objectives
  • Coach and direct all employees to meet company objectives and performance metrics.
  • Work with employees to provide feedback needed for improvement.
  • Provide positive feedback and recognition to employees who successfully complete tasksor meetobjectives.
  • Provide high quality customer service and product knowledge regarding certificate and voucher programs
    Limit AUX work in order to be available for customers the full duration of the scheduled work shift.
  • Assist in the ongoing development of the team.
  • Assist in the interviewing & hiring of employees
  • Create monthly/ weekly team building contests
  • Communicate all employee relations issues, concerns, and incidents to Manager Special projects as assigned
  • Monitor employee performance in terms of service achievement.
  • Assist employees who need direction and guidance to meet service goals.
  • Counsel employees with verbal or written warnings as appropriate for attendance, service quality, or other performance does not meet expectations.
  • Lead and develop team members by setting expectations, regularly reviewing work performance, and providing development opportunities.
  • Promptly reply to customer emails, return phone calls within 24 hours, prompt follow through, resolve issues in a timely and appropriate manner

Qualifications And Requirements

Qualifications/Requirements of the Position:

  • Leadership experience in a call center environment
    Demonstrated experience achieving customer service and sales objectives.
  • Proficiency with MS Office Products such as Outlook, Internet, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Should have a strong knowledge or have handled Travel Commercial and Memberships brands.
  • With leadership/customer service management experience Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required:
    Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Strong focus on achieving goals, in addition to customer service
  • Must work well in a fast-paced environment and adapt well to change


Working Conditions

Supervision Given by this position to direct reports

  • Oversees others and guides certain tasks, sets schedules, trains others, provides guidance, and/or gives input concerning performance but needs approval to take personnel actions such as discipline, hiring, etc.

  • General indoor office environment or working from home
    Equipment & Tools used -
  • Laptop provided by the company.
  • Software such as MS Office, etc.
