As an Trade Lifecycle Analyst within Broker Dealer Market Operations, you will have the opportunity to support the Broker-Dealer Servicing Business, handling Reconciliation, Controls and Regulatory reporting (FED, FINRA, SEC).You will gain exposure to senior leaders through reporting and securing approval. You will act as a critical intermediary between internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate reconciliation and regulatory reporting.

Job responsibilities:

  • Analyze complex and ambiguous issues to recommend creative solutions
  • Investigate and resolve breaks in line with Standard Operating Procedures
  • Identify and escalate of material errors and exceptions
  • Work in a fast-paced deadline driven environment with an emphasis on risk mitigation and efficiency
  • Synthesizeinformation to formulate a concisemessagefor Management
  • Foster a collaborative, positive work environment with stakeholders and peers
  • Display high level of proficiency using Microsoft Office products (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)

  • 2-3 years experience in Reconciliation and Controls Reporting.
  • Familiarity with FINRA SEC regulations and securities services operations
  • Ability to work closely with Business Partners and interact with Senior leaders
  • Ability to generate ideas and identify process improvements
  • Knowledge of metrics and scorecard analysis
  • Good relationship-building and time management skills
  • Results-orientated and Team player
  • With background in Intelligent automation
  • Data and analytical experience (pivot tables, vlookup, etc.) required.
  • Familiarity with automation, data analysis, and data visualization tools a plus (e.g., Alteryx, Tableau, SAS, etc.)
  • Reconciliation experience highly preferred and can work as Individual contributor
