Job Description – Test Manager (CIB)

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Test Manager – Cash Management who will be based out of Navi Mumbai - India and required to travel onsite for a leading banking engagement. The role demands strong hands-on testing capability, deep Cash Management domain knowledge, and the ability to lead UAT, test governance, and stakeholder coordination across CIB and related product modules.

Key Responsibilities

1. Test Strategy & Governance

• Define test strategy, test plan, UAT approach, and regression coverage.

• Translate business & functional requirements into structured test scenarios and scripts.

• Lead governance checkpoints, daily progress reporting, and go-live readiness reviews.

2. Testing Delivery (Hands-On)

• Create detailed test cases, test data, and traceability matrices.

• Drive UAT cycles, defect triage, and closure with Tech & Business teams.

• Perform end-to-end test execution across Channels → Middleware → Product Processors.

3. Cash Management Domain

• Strong functional expertise in:

• Payments & Collections

• Liquidity

• Indemnity & Product Processors

• CIB Cash Management Workflows

• Validate complex financial flows and integration scenarios.

4. Coordination & Stakeholder Engagement

• Work closely with Product Owners, CIB business teams, Technology, and QA leadership.

• Support the Head of Testing in managing risks, blockers, dependencies, and reporting.

Required Skills & Experience

• 10–12+ years of testing experience.

• Strong hands-on experience in:

• Cash Management & CIB domains

• Test Design & Execution• UAT Management and End-to-End Testing

• Middleware / API validation

• Strong ability to work independently and handle business-facing responsibilities.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Intellect CBX (Corporate Banking Exchange) will be strongly preferred.

• Exposure to Digital Channels and Indemnity modules.

• Experience working with GCC banking clients (added advantage).
