Territory Sales Representative
Plaridel Products & Services, Inc. | Animal Health & Genetics | Philippines
The Company
Plaridel Products & Services, Inc. is a Filipino-owned organization with over 33 years of experience in the animal health and production sector. Our operations encompass distribution, manufacturing, and importation, alongside genetic farm operations focusing on cattle and pigs.
We serve as the bridge between international technical innovations and the Philippine market, providing the genetic materials, health products, and nutritional supplements necessary for modern livestock production.
The Objective
We are seeking a Territory Sales Representative to lead our business development efforts. This role is designed for a professional who prefers a strategic approach to sales over a routine transactional one.
Core Responsibilities:
- Strategic Growth: Identify and secure new market opportunities through targeted business development.
- Consultative Selling: Represent our portfolio of animal health and nutrition products by delivering technical presentations that address specific client needs.
- Territory Alignment: We assign territories based on your background and regional expertise, ensuring you operate where your professional network and local knowledge are most effective.
- Market Intelligence: Act as a conduit for information, reporting on market trends and competitor activities to help shape our internal strategies.
Qualifications
We prioritize candidates who demonstrate a high commercial IQ and the ability to navigate complex sales cycles.
- Business Development Proficiency: A strong track record in networking, negotiation, and bridging—the ability to connect technical product benefits with commercial client requirements.
- Relationship Management: Proven ability to maintain long-term strategic partnerships within the agricultural or animal health sectors.
- Technical Knowledge: Working familiarity with animal health, nutrition, and livestock production (cattle and pigs).
- Self-Governance: The capability to manage a territory with high levels of autonomy and organized time management.
- Background: Bachelor's degree in Business, Agriculture, Animal Science, or a related field.
- Logistics: Valid driver's license and the ability to travel within assigned territories.
Compensation & Career Path
We view this role as a long-term career commitment rather than a temporary position.
- Negotiable Base: Compensation is open for discussion, reflecting your specific experience and professional competencies.
- Performance-Based Rewards: A structure designed to reward measurable achievements and technical proficiency.
- Stability: Join a stable, 33-year-old organization that offers a clear trajectory for professional advancement and career longevity.
