We are looking for a driven and results-oriented Territory Manager (Medical Representative) to join our team. This role is responsible for driving sales growth and building strong relationships with healthcare professionals (HCPs) within an assigned territory and will play a key role in promoting our products, delivering scientific value, and ensuring excellent execution in the field, while adhering to the highest standards of compliance and ethics.
Key Responsibilities
1. Territory Management & Sales Execution
Drive sales performance and market share growth within assigned territory
Develop and execute territory plans and account strategies
Ensure full coverage of target hospitals, clinics, and pharmacies
2. HCP Engagement & Relationship Building
Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors, pharmacists, and key healthcare stakeholders
Identify and develop key accounts and opinion leaders (KOLs)
Deliver tailored product presentations aligned to customer needs
3. Product Promotion & Scientific Communication
Promote assigned products using relevant clinical data and approved materials
Maintain in-depth knowledge of products, competitors, and therapeutic areas
Effectively communicate value propositions and treatment benefits
4. Planning & Execution Excellence
Conduct pre-call planning to maximize sales opportunities
Execute promotional activities and campaigns in line with brand strategy
Monitor competitor activities and market trends
5. Reporting & Compliance
Maintain accurate and timely territory reports, call reports, and documentation
Ensure adherence to company policies, ethical standards, and regulatory requirements
Report adverse events and product-related concerns in a timely manner
6. Team Collaboration
Work cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Medical teams
Contribute to team goals through collaboration and knowledge sharing
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor's degree required (any discipline); Candidates with a background in Marketing, Sales, Life Sciences or Healthcare are preferred.
Experience: 1–3 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales / medical representation
Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
Skills & Competencies: Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Excellent presentation and negotiation skills
Results-driven, customer-focused, and highly motivated
Strong planning, organization, and territory management skills
High level of integrity and compliance mindset
