Job Description

Handling inbound calls from customers

Resolving inquiries and requests from customers

Ensuring timely and appropriate handling of customer requests

Using client-specific tools and applications for customer management

Delivering top-notch service with confidence and knowledge in a friendly manner

You might be, what we're looking for

  • At least HS Grad (old curriculum) / SHS Graduate
  • With or Without BPO Experience
  • Good computer navigational skills on multiple systems
  • Typing speed of 25 - 30 WPM
  • Excellent Communication skills
  • Willing to work on Site
