Job Description
Job Summary:
Responsible for supporting the operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of semiconductor test equipment to ensure high reliability and minimal downtime in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
Operate, monitor, and perform basic troubleshooting of test equipment
Execute preventive maintenance and assist in equipment repairs
Support equipment setup, conversion, and qualification activities
Record and maintain accurate equipment logs and reports
Work closely with Engineering and Production teams to meet output and quality targets
Follow safety, quality, and operational standards
Requirements/Qualifications
Qualifications:
Graduate of Technology courses like Electronics, Electrical, Mechanical, or related field (Associate or Bachelor's Degree)
Fresh gradate or with less than one (1) year of work related experience from semiconductor or electronics company.
Basic knowledge of semiconductor or manufacturing equipment is an advantage
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Willing to work on shifting schedules and render overtime when needed
Proactive, team-oriented, and with strong initiative
Demonstrates initiative, accountability, and a strong team-oriented mindset
Good communication skills with the ability to speak and write English fluently
