Qualifications:

  • Certified Public Accountant and/or Lawyer (Philippine Bar Exam Passer)
  • At least 6 years of experience working with an audit, tax or legal services firm
  • Has experience in consultancy work related to corporate registration & compliance, PEZA, BOI incentives, VISA and corporate secretarial work

As a Manager, you'll work as part of a team of problem solvers with extensive consulting and industry experience, helping our clients solve their complex business issues from strategy to execution. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Manage the planning and execution of client engagements
  • Be actively involved in business development activities to help identify and research opportunities on new/existing clients
  • Render any of the corporate services (see above services description) involving government agency requirements
  • Support professional development activities such as coaching, performance management and facilitation of in-house continuing education programs
