What you'll do:
- Multi-channel talent sourcing: Utilize sourcing platforms, job boards, and digital tools to identify and engage high volumes of active and passive candidates across multiple talent pools.
- Community outreach & engagement: Build relationships with community centers, ethnic organizations, local nonprofits, and other grassroots networks to expand sourcing channels and strengthen candidate pipelines.
- Market research & talent mapping: Conduct research to identify geographic, linguistic, and specialized talent clusters while providing insights that support recruitment strategies and hiring priorities.
- Candidate outreach & engagement: Execute personalized outreach campaigns that create strong first impressions and encourage candidate interest and participation.
- Pipeline management: Maintain organized and accurate candidate pipelines within the ATS, ensuring candidate records, notes, and statuses remain current and actionable.
- Brand representation: Serve as a professional brand ambassador by promoting company culture, opportunities, and mission within professional and community-based networks.
- Collaboration with recruiting teams: Work closely with Talent Acquisition and hiring teams to support sourcing priorities and improve candidate flow for difficult-to-fill roles.
What you'll bring:
- Minimum of 3 years of sourcing, recruiting, or talent acquisition experience with a strong track record of supporting hard-to-fill roles.
- Experience sourcing for US-based hiring operations is highly preferred.
- Proficiency with sourcing tools, ATS platforms, Indeed, Google Workspace, and advanced search techniques including Boolean and X-Ray search.
- Strong research, networking, and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to adapt communication styles for different audiences.
- Ability to manage multiple sourcing projects, pipelines, and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience working within multicultural, multilingual, or community-based environments is a strong plus.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated while working remotely.
