Do you have a passion for talent This role is critical to the success of the wider talent acquisition team and we need someone who has passion for identifying the best talent for various roles in our global shared services site in Taguig. You'll know how to employ traditional and creative innovative sourcing strategies to play a lead role in our first stage recruiting efforts across Philippines .
Managing the full recruitment process
Are you an experienced recruiter You'll need to be. In this role, you will be fully involved in the end-to-end recruitment process managing requisitions / vacancies from creation through to on-boarding. Taking control of the entire process will mean your responsibilities will include administration and hiring process documentation as well as HR system monitoring and management.

Promoting career opportunities, conducting applicant sourcing & screening activities
You'll be assigned to perform recruitment related activities as your share in ensuring the team delivers recruitment targets. Performing activities ranging from conducting alignment meetings with hiring managers, sourcing applicants utilizing various sourcing channels (online, referrals, etc.), conducting interviews either through phone, web or face to face, providing recruitment related instructions, collecting application documents and overall promoting the exciting career opportunities offered by the company to increase the pool of interested talents.
Being Analytical
You'll be the lead in performing searches for both active & passive talents through internal career sites, sourcing, cold calling, personal networking, and social media. Your multi-faceted research will lead to the successful development of candidate market intelligence reports and talent mapping. You will actively support the wider TA team in collating and analyzing key metrics and maximizing the effectiveness of the recruiting process.
Constant alignment with recruitment timeline, updating trackers and reports
This role will be at the front in monitoring the status of requisitions & applications. It will be important for you to update related systems & reports, and proactively communicate strategies and needed actions to ensure smooth application process for applicants, proper coordination of interviews and overall performance within recruitment project timelines.
Collaboration
You'll work closely with the wider Talent Acquisition team to ensure successful delivery of talent. In addition, you will communicate regularly with business line leaders to clearly understand requirements and expectations of the diverse positions. Experienced
Not a job for the faint-hearted, you will need at least 4 years experience within talent acquisition, recruitment or executive search role preferably in the multinational BPO / RPO / Shared Services industry. Are you well-verse and highly adaptive to applicant tracking systems & computer-based office administration tools A professional who is passionate about promoting employment opportunities and finding talents that fit share the objectives and values of the company You should be resourceful, highly organized, has high discipline & integrity. You'll understand the methodology and stages of the Talent Acquisition process especially and be comfortable working on mandates at various levels.
Task Oriented
Have you worked in a recruitment task driven role You will need to have this type of experience to succeed in this role. Your work in a high volume, high turnover environment will have perfected your time management and organisation skills.
A problem solver
