We are looking for Talent Acquisition Specialiststo have the following responsibilities:
  • Source Talent (Seek Talent, Vincere, LinkedIn)
  • Formatting Resumes
  • Pre-Screening candidates
  • Send out onboarding documents
  • Meeting clientu0027s requirements
  • Schedule candidates to onshore interview
  • Book directly in Resourcer's calendars
  • Documents for onboarding of candidates
  • Communicate with Recruitment Consultant
  • Offshore Team to report to Offshore Team lead
Job Qualifications:
  • At least 2 years of Recruitment experience
  • Experience in handling offshore candidates and clients
  • Ideally, with healthcare recruitment experience but not required.
  • Graduate of Psychology, Human Resource or any related degree
  • Willing to work onsite & dayshift
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
