Job Description
The Talent Acquisition Associate performs an end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to on-boarding newly hired employees within approved service level agreement, guidance and parameters. He/she will also be reporting to Davao office.

JOB QUALIFICATION
- Graduate of Bachelor's degree
- 1-2 year experience in Recruitment.
- Base in Davao office
Job Specificiation And Work Experience
- Utilize available sources and/or databases to pool applicants for vacant positions based on specifications indicated on the MRF and job description.
- Include applicants generated via employee referral and social networking.
- Review applicant profiles to identify potential candidates.
- Keep the applicant database up-to-date; track the applicant source and prepare corresponding report/s.
- Ensure all documentation and report requirements are prepared, submitted, circulate and filed.
- Review application forms and CVs prior to initial interview.
- Conduct initial interviews to determine the matching applicant profile with the job/hiring profile.
- Ensure completion of all pre-employment requirements most especially all government/statutory requirements such as SSS number, TIN,
- PhilHealth, Pag-ibig as well as NBI and Police clearance.
- Ensure that employment contracts are ready for new employees signature on day one (1).
- Double check compliance with pre-employment requirements via the audit checklist.
