Job Description

Education: Minimum of Computer Engineering, Computer Science or related discipline is required. MS is a plus.

Programming Experience:at least 3 years of experience in developing applications using the Microsoft Visual Studio development suite, specifically asp.net and C#. proficiency in web development using asp.net is a must.
Written communication skills: The successful candidate must be able to write clear requirements documents, design documents, test plans and end-user documentation.
Verbal communication skills: The successful candidate must be able to present requirements, designs, test plans and status to peers and management.

Team Skills: The successful candidate must have demonstrated successes in operating in a collaborative team development environment.
Industry Standards: Understanding of SECS/GEM protocol and/or other industrial automation standards and Agile methodologies is a plus.
Database: Must have programming experience with MS SQL, DB2, and/or Oracle DB and writing stored procedures.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS

The successful candidate may be directed to perform any of the following roles:

· Work with end users to define requirements for new applications or enhancements to existing applications

· Design and develop cost effective solutions to meet user requirements.

· Document and deploy applications in a timely fashion.

· Work with IT Operations Team for Level 1 support training
