Job Description

As L2 Service Desk Analyst, you will be the backbone of technical support for our client's stakeholders in Sydney, Australia. Your responsibilities include email and telephone support, administration duties covering Office 365, Active Directory, licensing, VOIP, and more. Embrace the challenge of updating internal documentation and KB articles, running reports, and contributing to small IT projects.

What do you need to succeed
  • Experience with Active directory administration
  • Experience in administering Office 365 and Exchange Online admin
  • Desktop troubleshooting
  • Networking fundamentals

Requirements (Desirable):

  • PowerShell experience
  • Windows server experience: GPO & NTFS
  • At least 3-4 years of experience as an L2 Service Desk Analyst/System Administrator
