What can you expect in a Communication and Project Lead role with TaskUs:
As a Communication and Project Lead for the Global People Strategy Team, you will play a pivotal role in our organization that involves internal communications and championing the oversight of key strategic projects. This role is key in ensuring the seamless execution of initiatives that support the TaskUs BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) company's people strategy while encouraging good communication across all levels of the organization. This role is integral to the success of the Global People Strategy Team, requiring a blend of strategic communication and project management skills to drive initiatives that enhance the overall employee experience and organizational effectiveness. The critical involvement of the Communication and Project Lead for the Global People Strategy Team will be centered around the following:
Responsible for various projects from client implementations, to site builds, and strategic company initiatives. This role requires a dynamic individual with strong leadership, communication, and project management skills. Additionally, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and successful project delivery.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Business Administration, Project management, or a related field.
Significant experience in strategic project management ideally within People Strategy or Corporate Communication or Diversity, Equity and Inclusion, and Corporate Social Responsibility.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong communication, project leadership, interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
Proficiency in using communication tools and platforms (e.g., Microsoft Office, intranet systems, email marketing software).
Experience in leading a team while directing growth initiatives in a high-pressure and global environment.
Creative thinker with strong problem-solving skills.
Experience in change management and crisis communication is a plus.
Ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders at all levels.
Preferred Qualifications:
PMP, Agile, and/or Lean Six Sigma experience and/or certifications
Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Trello).
Minimum of 5 years of project management experience, preferably in HR or a related field.
Preferred certification in communication such as creative writing, or any other related field.
Education / Certifications:
Bachelor's degree in Communications, HR, Public relations, Marketing, Business Administration, Project management or a related field.
