Job Summary:

The Supply Chain Operations Delivery Manager is responsible for overseeing large-scale service delivery within the BPO environment, ensuring operational excellence, client satisfaction, and strong financial and supply chain outcomes. This role requires deep industry experience, strong business acumen, and proactive stakeholder engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage end-to-end delivery for large teams of 100+ employees, ensuring consistent performance, quality, and productivity

• Drive operational excellence across BPO delivery, with a strong focus on scalability, efficiency, and risk management

• Provide strategic and hands-on leadership for supply chain and finance accounts, ensuring alignment with client objectives and business outcomes

• Develop strong client relationships through deep business understanding, particularly within the consumer products industry

• Partner with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of delivery plans and continuous improvement initiatives

• Proactively communicate with clients and leadership teams to address issues, manage expectations, and identify growth opportunities

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• 15+ years of overall professional experience, with at least 10 years in the BPO industry

• Proven experience managing and delivering services for teams of 100+ resources

• Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited institution

• Strong domain expertise in supply chain and finance accounts

• Solid understanding of consumer products industry operations and business models

• Demonstrated ability to translate business requirements into effective delivery strategies
