Job Description

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will play a crucial role in assisting in our Quality and Compliance support area, and aligning our effort to the values within their designated Telecommunication program. This position involves collaborating with various departments to ensure security and compliance with iQor and the program's regulations and policies, fostering a culture of transparency and open communication.The program's operational experience required to be able to meet qualifications.

Responsibilities:

  • Reporting: Organized, prepare and present regular reports on compliance-related activities, highlighting key trends and/or outliers for operational inspection and follow up.
  • Training and Education: Design and deliver training programs to educate employees on ethical practices, emphasizing the importance of integrity, security and doing things the right way in day-to-day operations.
  • Investigations: Lead or participate in investigations related to potential violations of ethical standards, ensuring impartiality and thoroughness.File proper tickets for iQor and the program where required, including follow up.
  • Interviewing: Conduct interviews with employees, in coordination with HR and/or Directors, as part of compliance-related investigations and assessments.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including HR, Legal, and Compliance, to ensure alignment and consistency.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for enhancing the site/programs compliance and integrity efforts, adapting it to evolving business landscapes.
  • Fraud Prevention: Support efforts that open up communication for employees to actively share observations that could lead to identifying or are limit fraud behaviors.

Skills Requirements:

  • In-depth knowledge of iQor and the program's applications, tools, processes, procedures and the ability to identify suspicious activity that could results in fraud or performance manipulation.
  • Use the program's Risky Permission data, along with Safeguard reporting to evaluate and review outliers in accordance with company regulations, compliance requirements, and ethical best practices, including the program's CIRT Corporate Investigation Notices.
  • Use iQor Valdi, AmplifAI, sQan Next Gen, Power BI reports and Support Hub ticketing system, plus EngageHR, to evaluate and manage our entire process in accordance with company regulations, compliance requirements, and ethical best practices.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate complex ethical concepts clearly.Ability to interview all levels of employees surrounding customer account activity, also in alignment with our technology set up for access, security, and permissions.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to assess situations from multiple perspectives to arrive at fair and ethical conclusions.
  • Excellent nterpersonal skills, capable of building relationships and collaborating effectively at all organizational levels.
  • Sound judgment and discretion in handling confidential and sensitive information.Certification in business ethics or related fields is a plus.

Education Requirements:

High school diploma, G.E.D., Trade/Vocational School certificate or equivalent required.

Physical Requirements:

Occasionally exert up to 10 lbs. of force to push, pull, lift or otherwise move objects. Have visual acuity to perform activities such as preparing and analyzing data and/or viewing a computer terminal. Speak, type and/or sit for extended periods of time. Consistent attendance is an essential function of the job.
