Job Description

Responsibilities

Functional or Technical Expertise:

  • Manage and assist team daily service operations of projects which includes status review and perform learning analysis to meet objectives and targets on time.
  • Establish achievement of key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Execute work processes and procedures.
  • Analyze the quality of course content to ensure the learning solutions are aligned to the desired outcomes and business metrics established by key stakeholders
  • Manage and maintain learning technology accounts
  • Coach, guide and train team members by providing ideas and workaround on how to carry out the respective tasks towards providing excellent service
  • Support in development of effective courseware with scripts, training video, graphics, animation, and interaction to reinforce learning objective while adhering to project requirements and timeline.
  • Consider localization requirements and build modular content to improve productivity
  • Complete training content development
  • Maintain training materials, courseware, and online content, to ensure that information is current and accessible
  • Revise and enhance existing training materials and content based on feedback and measured impact

Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree preferably in (Information Technology, Multimedia/Graphics Design, Organization Development) or equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in Instructional design with supervisory experience and proven methodologies
  • Experience with Articulate Rise, storyline and/or any other online course creation platform
  • Mastery of training solutioning, instructional design process for traditional and online training material development, and training evaluation
  • Ability to write effective copy, instructional text, audio and video scripts
  • Knowledge of computer technologies and the technical processes involved
  • Knowledge of learning models and presentation technology knowledge
  • Experience in Learning Management System
  • Proficient in both traditional and virtual training facilitation
  • Previous experience in training, curriculum design, training needs analysis, and training evaluation
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office applications (MS Word, MS PowerPoint, and MS Excel)
