As a Strategic Mall Leasing Manager, you will lead the end-to-end leasing strategy - maximizing asset value through optimized tenant mix, strong partnerships, and sustained revenue growth. You will oversee leasing operations, champion high-impact tenant acquisition, and ensure alignment with commercial targets to elevate overall mall performance. Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leasing & Tenant Management
Develop and execute leasing strategies and tenancy mix plans to maximize space utilization and revenue
Identify and secure high-value tenants, including food, non-food, and specialty retail concepts
Recommend rental rates, space allocation, and commercial strategies aligned with market demand
Lead and integrate lease marketing and lease administration functions
Performance & Market Intelligence
Drive achievement of rental targets, occupancy, and year-on-year growth
Monitor tenant sales performance and proactively manage concessions and retention strategies
Conduct market and competitor analysis to stay ahead of retail trends
Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants and industry partners
Reporting & Governance
Deliver leasing reports, revenue projections, and budget insights for leadership decision-making
Ensure compliance with leasing policies and continuous process improvement
Qualifications
7–10+ years in retail/mall leasing with proven revenue and occupancy growth
Strong expertise in tenant acquisition, negotiations, and lease management
Well-established network in the mall leasing industry with ready client base
Deep understanding of retail trends, tenant mix, and market dynamics
Excellent negotiation, stakeholder management, and leadership skills
Results-driven, agile, and thrives in fast-paced environments
