About the role
We are excited to announce that we are inviting applications for the Specialist - Performance & Reward role based in our office in Pasig City (Manila). This is a full-time permanent role which can operate on a hybrid work arrangement where preferred.
The Specialist - Performance & Reward will provide support to Orica's Performance & Reward team on all aspects of global compensation including job grading, benchmarking and salary survey submissions, data reporting and analytics, and vendor management.
This position sits in the Global Performance and Reward Centre of Excellence and reports through to Orica's Senior Manager - Performance & Reward. However, it is a truly collaborative role, working alongside our Regional Performance & Reward team members and other members of the HR team.
Our ideal candidate is a highly organised team player, with strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks for different stakeholders. You have good attention to detail and can operate at a tactical level, understanding the granular details of processes but able to effectively escalate issues as needed. You also have an ability to work with large amounts of data, conducting analysis to identify key trends and insights in order to provide business recommendations.
What you will be doing
Completion of global salary survey submissions, and maintenance of the global salary survey framework and global salary ranges with input from the Regional Performance & Reward managers.
Supporting Group and Regional Performance & Reward managers with job evaluations, benchmarking requests and the operation of employee insurance arrangements and other global benefits.
Supporting the Global Mobility Manager with review of assignee master data, management of insurance coverage, management of tax equalisation payments and vendor management.
Monthly data reporting and analysis, including maintenance of remuneration and performance data in SuccessFactors.
Management of Performance & Reward team mailboxes and global information registers.
What you will bring
Relevant tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or Business.
3+ years of experience in a remuneration and benefits role, either in-house or consulting, or a HR role with close proximity to the remuneration function.
Experience with remuneration benchmarking and survey submission is deal, with some exposure to global mobility assignment management preferable.
Organised, proactive and able to hold self and others accountable to deliver on expectations with
Detail-oriented with strong analytical and Excel skills.
Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with and prioritise work for multiple stakeholders.
Willingness to learn and provide support across all aspects of remuneration and benefits
