Qualifications
- Professional fluency in Spanish with strong English communication skills for client, partner, and stakeholder conversations
- Currently residing in the Philippines and legally authorized to work locally
- At least 3 yearsof experience in outbound business development, partner sales, channel sales, account management, or similar sales-focused roles
- Hands-on experience in SaaS, software, technology, or B2B solution sales
- Experience managing inbound leads, outbound prospecting, pipeline development, and opportunity conversion
- Strong understanding of partner-led sales, distribution models, reseller networks, or channel ecosystems
- Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM platforms for pipeline tracking, forecasting, activity management, and reporting
- Ability to engage multiple stakeholders across partners, customers, and internal teams
- Strong consultative selling, follow-up, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Portuguese language skills are a plus
- Familiarity with Latin American business markets, regional sales practices, or Spanish-speaking customer segments is preferred
- Experience in AV, unified communications, collaboration tools, or technology solutions is an advantage
Responsibilities
- Manage qualified inbound opportunities with prompt follow-up, lead qualification, and conversion support
- Develop new pipeline through outbound outreach, prospecting, and partner engagement
- Collaborate with business partners to support demand generation and move opportunities forward
- Build relationships with partner networks to identify co-selling and revenue opportunities
- Guide prospects and customers through consultative conversations, solution positioning, and presentations
- Work with internal teams to progress opportunities through each stage of the sales cycle
- Keep Salesforce records accurate, including pipeline updates, forecasts, activities, and reports
- Monitor market activity, identify growth opportunities, and share business insights with stakeholders
