Duties and Reponsibilities
- Push work as scheduled
- Coordinate no. of manpower, materials, plant, and equipment required for the works.
- Supervise sub-contractors with their respective task assigned.
- Assess project accomplishments.
- Assess sub-contractor billings on accomplishments.
- Follow-up drawings, and shop-working drawings required for the works.
- Promote safety and harmonious relationship at work.
- Disseminate instructions clearly to sub-contractors for the days targets of completion.
- Collate daily, weekly, and monthly reports from sub-contractors.
- Coordinate closely with client counterpart on work schedule and accomplishment on site.
- Resolve issues on site in coordination with and approval from the Project Manager and/or Head of Operations.
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly accomplishment reports to the Project Manager and/or Head of Operations.
- Introduce best practices for efficient and productive work output.
- Promote best construction practices and avoid reworks.
- Good working relationship with higher level management and with a direct superior at site Project Manager.
- Other tasks that the Engineering Head/VP Operations may assign.
Qualifications
- Graduate of Bachelors/College Degree in Electrical Engineering.
- With a valid Professional License.
- With a minimum of 2 years experience in Solar PV installation.
- With a minimum of 5 years experience in Electrical Equipment Engineering, Protection Engineer, Power Plant, Technical
Services Contractor, or Manufacturing in a Supervisory role.
- With strong leadership skills.
- Proficient in MS Office.
- Strong computer skills. Knowledge of Engineering Software and Applications are preferred.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills both oral and written.
- Good organizational skills.
- Data organizational and attention to detail skills.
- Can drive manual and automatic vehicle types and with a valid Drivers License.
- Willing to be assigned to any point of the Philippines.
