Software QA & Validation Specialist in Danish Life Sciences Software Scale-Up

We are a Danish-founded SaaS company building a validated eQMS platform used by regulated life-science companies worldwide.

As we continue scaling our platform and release activities, we are strengthening our validation execution capabilities and expanding how we work with scalable and modern validation practices.

We are therefore looking for a Software QA & Validation Specialist to help support validation execution activities across the SimplerQMS platform.

About the role

This role is part of the Validation and Product Quality stream within the QA organization and focuses on execution of validation activities supporting the continuously validated state of the SimplerQMS platform.

You will work closely with QA and Product teams while supporting validation testing, validation documentation, release validation activities, traceability maintenance, and broader validation execution processes in a fast-moving SaaS environment.

The role is particularly well suited for someone who enjoys structured work, detailed testing activities, and maintaining high quality and consistency across repetitive execution-focused processes.

We are looking for someone who is curious, detail-oriented, collaborative, and motivated by learning modern software validation practices within regulated SaaS environments.

What you'll be doing

You will execute validation testing activities, maintain validation documentation, and support validation evidence and traceability activities related to software releases and regulated workflows.

The role includes preparation and maintenance of validation records, execution of approved validation protocols, exploratory validation testing, defect and deviation follow-up, and support of release validation cycles across the SimplerQMS platform.

You will collaborate closely with QA and Product teams during release activities while helping ensure that validation evidence remains complete, accurate, structured, and audit-defensible.

The role also contributes to continuous improvement of validation workflows, testing practices, and documentation efficiency while supporting the company's broader transition toward scalable CSA-based validation approaches.

Qualifications

• Interest in software testing, software quality, validation activities, or regulated SaaS environments
• Strong attention to detail and structured working habits
• Good analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• Ability to follow procedures consistently and accurately
• Good written and verbal English communication skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively across QA and Product teams
• Interest in modern validation approaches, CSA principles, or regulated software quality environments is considered an advantage

Education

Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Engineering, Pharmacy, Computer Science, Information Technology, Laboratory Sciences, Quality Management, or a related discipline.
