Your Role:As a
Social Media and E-Commerce Assistant, you will:
- Support daily posting, editing, and scheduling of social media content across platforms.
- Engage with followers through comments, messages, and community management.
- Help organize influencer and seeding campaigns, including shipment tracking and logistics.
- Maintain Shopify product listings, ensuring accuracy in descriptions, pricing, and images.
- Support basic order management and customer inquiries.
- Prepare content calendars, trackers, and promotional reports.
- Coordinate with the marketing team for paid ad creatives and social performance updates.
- Assist with presentation decks, reports, and other administrative tasks.
What You Need:Non-negotiables- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 0-2 years of experience in social media management and e-commerce support.
- Shopify experience is mandatory.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred skills/expertise- Proficiency in Canva, basic photo/video editing.
- Familiarity with Asana or similar workflow tools.
- Basic understanding of paid advertising strategies.
- Knowledge of Adobe Suite is a plus.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
