Job Summary:

We're looking for a Platform Technical Analyst that specializes in SharePoint Online Administration and Power Platform Development.

Key Responsibilities:

Site Collection Administration, including the enforcement of global and US Segment (US Division) governance rules
Education and Training of Site Owners embedded in business groups throughout the US Segment
First Tier Support for US Segment SharePoint site and site owners, including troubleshooting issues, providing consultation on to Site Owners on their direct management of their sites, and coordination escalation of larger issues to higher tiers of support
Advanced to Expert level SharePoint development, especially the development of reusable Power Platform solutions
Management of the set of SharePoint Business Services SharePoint sites, including the SharePoint Center of Excellence Site

Qualifications:

Minimum Bachelor's Degree, Computer Sciences or related discipline preferred, or equivalent experience
3+ years of hands-on experience supporting and administering in a SharePoint Online environment
Significant experience developing solutions within the Microsoft Power Platform suite, including at least Power Automate, Power Apps, and Power Virtual Agent
Strong written and verbal communication skills (English), along with the ability to cooperate, collaborate, and positively influence technical peers and decisions makers required
Knowledge of emerging technologies related to the SharePoint Online space, as well as the ability to quickly comprehend the capabilities, impact, and use of new technology
Experience working for a large, multi-national organization and/or experience within the insurance or financial industries preferred
Strong planning and organizational skills
Experience with Agile and Kanban methodologies is nice to have
