Role Purpose
As our new Sharepoint Administrator, you will contribute to the administration of Sharepoint for us and our clients, ensuring these environments are effectively maintained and supported. You will be involved in troubleshooting complex problems and resolving knotty challenges. You may also be responsible for the design and architecting of greenfields Sharepoint implementations for clients, as well as the planning and migration of existing on-prem Sharepoint implementions to Sharepoint Online.

Duties
Liaising with First Focus and client stakeholders to assess requirements
Patching, maintaining and supporting Sharepoint environments (both internal and client)
Either directly or via a First Focus Technical Account Manager, providing customers with high value advice
Design and architecture of Sharepoint implementations
Analysis and troubleshooting of complex Sharepoint configuration and implementation issues
Design and development of Workflows and custom Webparts
Requirements
In order to be successful we are looking for someone with the following skills and experience:
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree, preferably IT related
Minimum of 3 years relevant experience in development, administering and supporting SharePoint
Proven ability to design and architect Sharepoint hubsites
Solid experience with recent versions Sharepoint, ideally including both on-prem Sharepoint and Sharepoint Online
Competence across site and navigation architecture, security and migration strategies
Advanced Workflow skills and Webpart design and development experience would be viewed very favourably
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Confidence to communicate with First Focus and client stakeholders
ConnectWise Manage experience is a plus, so if you have it, make sure you let us know
Worked in an MSP type of environment is desirable but not required
Must be willing to work in our office in Ortigas
