We're an award-winning global outsourcer providing contact center and back office services on behalf of our global clients. As a Settlements Officer, you areresponsible for supporting the business in settling approved loans in a timely and accurate manner, working in a fast-paced environment we work closely with our Sales teams and stakeholders across the business to provide the best outcome for our customers.
As an Acquire BPO employee, you are responsible for complying and enforcing policies and procedure designed to achieve information security. You are also responsible for protecting credit card, personal and/or sensitive personal information that you may handle or process during your employment in Acquire BPO.
A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR ROLE
Your day could see you:
Settling approved loans daily in an accurate and timely manner.
Processing manual bank statements with provided software.
Manage Settlements & Cash Management email inboxes and action any request received.
Ensure daily deadlines are met.
The ability to work in fast-paced, team orientated environment.
Experience/exposure with B2B Australian Markets
Experience in a call centre or similar phone based sales or customer service role
Proficiency around spreadsheets like Microsoft Excel is an advantage
Any financial, banking, or sales experience is an advantage, but not required
High level of motivation and drive
Excellent communication skills with a friendly and informative tone
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced start-up environment
Have a keen interest in business finance
Strong business acumen skills and ability to understand how a business owner thinks
Demonstrated excellence in working effectively as an individual and as part of a team in a deadline-driven, highly focused and collaborative environment
Ability to deliver results quickly
Keen eye for detail, and a willingness to ask critical questions when time arises
