Minimum 1-2 years experience in Australian HOME LOAN processing, and documentation from an Australian mortgage broker or bank
Must be knowledgeable with using Infinity and HubSpot.

About the Role:
We seek someone highly motivated and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Must work well in a team environment.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Liaising with lenders to ensure settlements happen on time, including the follow-up on post-approval settlement conditions (Payout figures for secured and unsecured debts, insurance, booking in settlements).
Coordinate with solicitors to carry out accurate settlement instructions
Liaise with external parties (SMSF Agencies) and stakeholders.
Update and inform clients of their settlement status.
Coordinate with all parties involved to ensure all documentation is ready for settlement.
Delivering timely and accurate completion of settlements with a high-volume caseload
General Requirements:
Min. Bachelor's degree
Proven experience in banking documentation in home loan compliance.
Proven experience in End-to-End application process: Application lodgment to Settlement
Core settlement experience would be preferable but not mandatory
Knowledgeable with Infinity, Apply Online, and HubSpot. (Preferred, not Mandatory)
Technologically savvy (proficient in MS Office application)
Great attention to detail
