The Services Onboarding Set Up (SOS) Intern will assist in various tasks related to customer and partner setup processes, gaining practical experience in enterprise resource planning (ERP) and customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
- Monitor and execute straightforward data governance for customers and partner set up process into our systems such as Siebel, SAP, and Microsoft Dynamics.
- Help in validating setup processes using available tools and checklists.
- Provide support in resolving non-complex setup-related issues and inquiries from cross-functional teams.
- Participate in process documentation and training sessions as needed.
- Take part in team meetings, team events, and area-wide engagement activities when needed.
- Execute Kofax BIW table assignments.
Competencies, Skills, Knowledge & Abilities
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Education, Experience & Certifications Basic Requirements
- Currently pursuing a degree in IT, Engineering (e.g. IE, COM-E), Business, or Finance.
