Job Description

A Service Administrator is expected to:

Job Setup from Plumbing/Electrical inboxes
  • Approx 700 jobs per month 50 hours/month.
  • Approx 700jobs per month 60hours/month
  • Claiming in external client portals
  • Sending invoices from simPRO to client
Routine Maintenance invoicing
  • Approx 150 jobs per month 30 hours/month
  • Simply counting how many items were tested and making notes in a spreadsheet if something has failed.
  • Then invoicing qty x rates
Contact schools to confirm RM dates
  • 10 - 16 hours max per month, to be completed approximately the 18th of each month.
  • Once the Perth-based Service Administrator has scheduled dates in simPRO, the offshore-based Service Administrator to email schools with the dates and ask for contact details.
  • This would simply be using an email script and updating the date/time. Example attached.

What it takes to be part of our team:

  • Must have experience in processing volume invoicing
  • Must have at least 2 years of experience working in the admin/data entry
  • Must have good communication skills
  • Proficient skills in Microsoft Office including Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel
  • Amenable to working onsite in Eastwood, QC
