Senior Vendor Manager
About the Role
The Senior Vendor Manager is a strategic program leader responsible for the long-term health, evolution, and roadmap of the program's outsourced ecosystem. You will serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, managing complex, high-impact partnerships across Customer Support and Enforcement teams. While maintaining operational excellence with our partners, your primary focus is driving the What's Next for the program—navigating ambiguity, leading strategic workstreams, and identifying opportunities for global transformation.
What You'll Do (Day-to-Day Look)
- Strategic Program Leadership: Develop and execute long-term partner management strategies that align with the program's global business goals.
- High-Impact Delivery: Lead complex, large-scale initiatives, such as new site launches or tooling rollouts, with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.
- Executive Influence: Facilitate Business Reviews (MBRs/QBRs/ABRs) for leadership, providing high-level insights on partner performance, industry trends (including AI impacts), and strategic optimization opportunities.
- Cross-Functional Influence: Serve as a program leader and point of escalation, facilitating feedback loops between Program stakeholders and EOP leadership.
- Performance Monitoring: Drive operational excellence by holding EOPs accountable to KPIs through remediation plans, while ensuring contractual and financial obligations are fulfilled.
- Innovation & Best Practices: Stay current on global outsourcing trends to identify efficiency levers; develop, standardize, and maintain processes for effective collaboration.
What You'll Bring (Qualities to Thrive)
- 5-7+ years of experience in vendor/partner management, preferably leading large-scale global BPO programs.
- Proven ability to lead complex projects with multiple levels of collaborators while navigating high degrees of ambiguity.
- Advanced proficiency in using data (Looker/BI tools) to connect performance drivers and influence decision-making.
- Deep understanding of current outsourcing trends, including the impact of AI and automation.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to present complex strategic concepts to internal and external senior leadership.
- Experience mentoring or leading other managers is a plus.
- A self-starter who has experience working remotely.

- Work Schedule: The ability to work Monday to Friday - 7:00 PM to 3:00 AM PHL
- Travel: Ability to travel up to 20% of your time.
