Job Description

The UI/UX Analyst responsibilities include gathering user requirements, designing graphic elements and building navigation components. To be successful in this role, you should have experience with design software and wireframe tools. If you also have a portfolio of professional design projects that includes work with web/mobile applications, we'd like to meet you.


Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain a strong brand symmetry across all communications channels, including websites, social media channels and collateral (primarily online), as well as the software products themselves and supporting documentation.
  • Turn complex problems into simple and engaging experiences for the desktop, web and mobile with complex applications.
  • Develop wireframes, workflows and interactions specifications.
  • Present design proposals that are backed by research and data.
  • Create beautiful graphics and icons to visually communicate complex concepts and use cases in an easy to understand way.
  • Gain consensus among stakeholders and developers without compromising the strategic design direction.
Requirements
Must Haves
  • At least five years experience designing UI, websites and other online materials.
  • At least two year's experience working with UX Design methodologies for user research, design & validation.
  • Technical knowledges be able to understand technical requirements of a proposal and provide viable solutions.
  • Experience with wireframing tools such as Adobe XD, Axure RP and the likes.
  • Experience with design tools such as Adobe Suite.
  • Think creatively and develop new design concepts, graphics and layouts.
  • Experience designing PPT and commercial presentations.
  • Experience building websites using WordPress.
  • A great team player, driven and self-motivated.
  • Good communication skills - oral and written English.
  • A portfolio showcasing design works
Nice to have, not mandatory
  • Experience with user research methods, such as usability testing and user interviews
  • Familiarity with design methodologies, such as agile and design thinking
