Your Role & Responsibility
Strategize solutions within the Salesforce platform to support critical business functions and
meet project objectives and client requirements.
Communicate with Product Owner, Scrum Master to design cohesive strategies and ensure
effective collaboration throughout all phases of development, testing and deployment.
Follow Scrum/Agile principles and lead strategic prioritization of Salesforce solutions in
accordance with the business requirements.
Collaborate with other members of the Scrum team, Development Leads, Product Owners,
and Domain Leads
Manage Salesforce Developers and work closely with the Solutions and Technical Architect
Your Profile
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, or any related course
Minimum of 5 years of relevant working experience
Strong with configuration, customization, programming with APEX Class, APIs, APEX Triggers
Strong practical deployment knowledge of VisualForce and/or Ligthning Web Component,
Sales Force configurations, Apex classes, APEX Web services.
Solid experience with HTML, JavaScript, and CSS.
Solid knowledge of SOQL. Strong oral and written communication skills. Ability to work
independently and as part of a team.
Strong practical deployment knowledge of VisualForce, Sales Force configurations, Apex
classes, APEX Web services, API.
Knowledge in Lighting Development is a plus.
Experience in integration like REST, SOAP API's, Bulk API and Command Line Data Loader is
preferred
Ability to solve complex issues such as integration, triggers etc.
Salesforce certification is a plus.
Good communications skill working on an international environment.
Self-driven, motivated, and can work with limited supervision.
