Senior Salesforce Consultant/Architect

Responsibilities:

• Gather, analyze, and interpret information from clients to understand and document business processes and functional requirements
• Design appropriate solutions for the business need, and time frames (with guidance)
• Identify appropriate Salesforce functionality or AppExchange package to deliver the required functionality
• Participate in workshops with clients for requirements gathering or showcases
• Ability to build relationships with clients and influence outcomes
• Good understanding of 3rd party products in the SF ecosystem
• Articulate solution design clearly both verbally and in written or diagram form (Solution Design, ERD, etc.)
• Estimate delivery effort considering approriate time for feedback and testing
• Provide coaching on projects where gaps are identified for more junior members of the team
• Facilitate Requirements gathering workshops and showcases with client's industry specific terminology (speak client's language)
• Ability to contribute responses to a tender document
• Ability to to provide recommendations for licensing and solutions (with guidance)

• Salesforce Administrator Certified (mandatory)
• Salesforce Platform App Builder Certified (mandatory)
• Salesforce Sales Cloud Consultant Certified (mandatory)
• Salesforce Platform Developer I Certified (nice to have)
• Salesforce Experience Cloud Certified (nice to have)
