We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Product Expert to join our team. As an Expert, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our agents product performance. You will work closely with leadership to understand goals and develop effective strategies.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Collaborate with Product Experts, Team Leads, & Pros to understand their business objectives and develop tailored strategies to reach SLAs.
Identify & Close gaps in knowledge in areas including ad creation, targeting, budget, and measurement.
Stay up to date with the latest Facebook advertising and marketing trends, best practices, and algorithm changes, and proactively share insights and recommendations with the team.
Assist Product Experts with knowledge management including huddle planning, AKN, and gathering insights & feedback for The Client
Develop coaching opportunities to drive the adoption of optimal strategies on calls.
Create reporting for leadership
SKILL AND QUALIFICATIONS:
At least 3 years of relevant experience in Training
