On-going improvement of website design, usability, content and conversion points
To identify new technologies and explore new developments in the digital landscape in order to deliver communication and business objectives in most effective manner
Direct Marketing and Digital media
To regularly post digital media on appropriate platforms including LinkedIn to raise brand awareness and support customer and candidate acquisition
Editing and production of media and copy to establish Client Rec and a Key Opinion Leader in the Client Recruitment sector
To manage effective targeted direct mail and email campaigns through scheduling, optimum segmentation and tracking
To provide real-time leads to consultants through email, video, social media and other platforms
To build the online community through identified social media channels, ensuring a consistent message to external parties and driving applications and business to Client Rec
Tracking and strategic input
To collate, manage and review ROI of all marketing activities and associated budgets on an on-going basis, reporting to the leadership team monthly on marketing performance. Leading to the suggestion of future plans
To review the performance of all sites and for campaign reporting to ensure that revenue and costs per acquisition are managed and to ensure delivery of ROI
Other
Organisation, management, promotion and co-ordination of industry-specific events and conferences
Develop and maintain a system for monitoring competitor activity and product offerings to feed back to the Leadership team
Copy writing of marketing material to high standard of English usage and using appropriate journalistic style
To conduct regular, relevant surveys with clients and candidates
Sales / Lead generation
Regular presentation of marketing initiatives to the leadership team in order to agree actions, present progress, options and provide updates on projects.
Qualifications:
Qualification or previous experience in Digital Marketing
3-6 years of relevant experience
Solid understanding of online and offline marketing strategies and techniques
Outstanding written communication skills including professional level proof-reading
Excellent communication skills including ability to modify communication style to suit situations
Detail conscious and a strong completer/finisher
Computer literate in Word, Excel and other platforms as required
Able to work on own initiative with limited supervision
