We are looking for a detail-oriented and highly analytical Senior Revenue Operations Analyst to support critical month-end close processes, ARR reporting, variance analysis, and investor relations consensus tracking. This role will serve as a key individual contributor within the Corporate Finance team, ensuring data accuracy, completeness, and timely issue resolution across multiple systems.
The ideal candidate has strong experience in Finance Operations, Revenue Operations, or Accounting within a SaaS environment and understands Order-to-Cash processes end-to-end. This person will play a critical role in maintaining the integrity of ARR reporting and supporting financial planning and external reporting processes.

Key Responsibilities
Month-End ARR Close & Variance Analysis (50%)
- Serve as a core supporting member of the month-end close process for top-line ARR reporting and variance analysis
- Act as the first point of contact for ARR pipeline variances and reconciliations
- Review customer-level variances across multiple systems including Salesforce, Stripe, Product Admin, and internal reporting sources
- Validate completeness and accuracy of bookings, revenue, and ARR details on a daily and weekly basis
- Manage and maintain variance trackers and ensure timely escalation of issues
- Identify recurring variance drivers and recommend upstream process improvements or system enhancements
- Support weekly month-end close review processes and raise issues proactively as needed
Investor Relations & Consensus Reporting (25%)
- Support data entry of Wall Street analyst research reports into Pigment, the company's financial planning software
- Track consensus metrics against internal forecasts and company guidance
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date reporting for external financial metric tracking
- Conduct regular reviews of consensus reporting data to ensure alignment with the latest available information
Communication & Cross-Functional Collaboration (25%)
- Maintain and update ARR variance trackers in Google Sheets and reporting dashboards
- Communicate findings, discrepancies, and risks clearly across Finance, Data Science, and Investor Relations teams
- Track issue resolution progress both asynchronously and during team review meetings
- Escalate risks and blockers in a timely and structured manner
Qualifications
Must-Have Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in Finance, Revenue Operations, Accounting, or related functions
- Strong experience in reconciliations, sensitive data entry, and process ownership
- Strong understanding of data quality, completeness checks, and large dataset reconciliation
- Familiarity with Accounting and Finance concepts, particularly within SaaS and Order-to-Cash processes
- SaaS experience required
- Experience working in high-precision environments where data accuracy, completeness, and auditability are critical
- Strong attention to detail and ability to quickly learn new financial systems and reporting tools
- Clear and structured communication skills across both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Strong proficiency in Google Sheets
