Responsibilities:
On the heels of market expansion and growth, Resonate is hiring a Senior QA Engineer to join their team. Resonate is an
Australian Scale-up organization that has an enterprise Customer Experience (CX) platform (SaaS).
Our Voice of Customer and Voice of Employee platform leverages the latest technology including machine learning, text
analytics, and data visualizations to help close the loop faster and deliver actionable insights to leading companies. Resonate
has a range of flagship customers and rapidly growing brand recognition in the space.
As a Senior QA Engineer responsibilities include designing, writing, maintaining, and executing Test Cases/Suites, and
collaborating with the Development, Operations and Customer Success teams. Also, a big part of this role is to drive forward the
Test Automation capability, planning, executing, and collaborating with the other team members and QA Lead.
To be successful in this role, you should have a passion for quality, be extremely well organized, love thinking as the user and
have great time management skills. You will feel ownership over the quality of the product, and you should be proud it.
Qualifications:
. Have 3+ years of experience in a senior role.
. Have worked with test automation before.
. Ensure our product quality stays high.
. Be an effective problem solver, can think outside the box.

Technically you should:
. Be able to design test cases, understand scope, prep data, optimize test coverage and build out the test automation
capability of our platform.
. Have experience with industry tools (Manual and Automated testing).
. Plan, implement, and build Test Automation solutions, with a preference for experience in Cypress. Proficiency in other
automation tools is also highly valued.
. Have strong (MS)SQL skills.
. Demonstrate understanding of the STLC.
. Have practical experience in a Quality Assurance role.
. Stay updated on the latest testing methodologies, tools, and technologies to enhance the overall testing process.
