Senior QA Analyst - WFH
Job Description
We are currently looking for a talent who have a comprehensive understanding of Agile testing concepts, principles and methodologies.
Agile Testing
- Plan and execute Agile testing in accordance with the Fred Test Strategy
- Demonstrate ownership and engagement in Fred's Agile Software Development Life Cycle

- Evangelise quality and foster a shared responsibility for quality within the cross functional team
- Foster a collaborative team culture through open and honest communication with members of the cross functional team
- Build trust in the team by being punctual, sharing knowledge, and respectfully challenging ideas
Continuous Improvement
- Demonstrate professional development by actively learning new skills and technologies in line with business objectives
- Contribute to the refinement of Fred's software development methodologies through regular inspection and adaptation of team processes.
- Utilise a risk-based test approach to ensure that projects are delivered on time and on budget
- Raise project risks and impediments are as early as possible to allow for correction and contingency
- Produce and deliver test artefacts in accordance with project commitments
- Adhere to agreed release management processes are for all releases
- A comprehensive understanding of Agile testing concepts, principles and methodologies
- Strong technical knowledge with an ability to learn complex systems quickly
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Experience in test environment management
- Data management and analysis using SQL Server Management Studio ISTQB, tertiary, or other equivalent industry certification
- Retail POS/Healthcare industry experience
- Test automation
- Experience with Azure cloud services
- SDLC management using Azure DevOps
- Scrum master experience
