Role description:

The role will be responsible for overseeing projects as well as Business Development and Management duties.

Role accountabilities:

.Manages the Project/s KPI
.Manages the Business KPI
.Responsible of the fee and expenses of the team and project
.Responsible of the decisions required for the team and project.
.Assist and Facilitate Market opportunity and pursuit to win.
.Responsible of projects income to meet the business plan of the organization
.Acts as Project Director of all projects handled by the team
.Ensures Clients requirements are met and project deliverables are done in a timely and professional manner
.Represents the company in Marketing Representation to the Client

Qualifications & Experience:

.A degree / diploma in Project and Construction Management, Program Management, Design or Engineering is desired
.Must have 8-10 years experience in Construction Industry
.Competent in PM and CM Aspect
.Aware of ethics and professional practice
.Highly personable
.Excellent verbal and written communication skills
.Strong team player
.Proficient in MS Office application, especially strong in MS Excel
