We are seeking a
Senior Program Manager who acts as a player coach, owning the production of standard reporting and working across workstreams and the central team to solve high-visibility problems affecting the Transformation's operations

- Owns the production of core weekly Transformation Office documents & analytics
Responsible for preparing CTO for weekly TO meetings by liaising with workstreams
- Constructs the Executive Committee presentation, providing a first draft of the agenda, conducting quality control checks
Reviews the weekly Transformation Office report before it is released, and summarizes the key takeaways for the Transformation Office leadership
- Partners with the Chief Transformation Office (CTO) and Transformation Office (TO) Working Lead to solve high-visibility problems
Acts as the first point of contact for Workstream Leads in need of help driving Initiatives forward- Effectively utilizes a challenger mindset to breakdown roadblocks, align on decisions, and coordinate the solution between the TO and workstreams
Is a sounding board for the CTO and TO Working Lead in preparation for ExCo and other leadership presentations
- Responsible for leading problem-solving of issues for the TO that come up in TO or EC meetings
Identifies risk proactively and puts in place mitigation strategies- Makes sure that the monitored workstream are connected and integrated to other internal systems
Bachelor's degree is required; Master's degree or MBA is preferred- 7+ years of related business experience in project management
Proven track record of successful project management in larger organizations with focus on IT projects or agile development
- Demonstrated track record of building trust-based counselling relationships with line managers and senior executives
Experience with current concepts in project risk assessment, project metrics generation and analysis- Ideally formal certifications such as PMP
Excellent problem solving and stakeholder engagement skills
- Ideally knowledge of underlying platforms used in software development (e.g., Jira, Confluence)
Ability to drive execution and operational excellence in larger programs- Excellent analytical and conceptual thinking skills in a large, high-paced transformation environment
Excellent observation, negotiation, and decision-making skills
- Excellent conceptual thinking and strategic planning skills
Excellent leadership skills in building, developing and managing a strong transformation office- Strong work ethic with the ability to work well under pressure and multi-task
Must be professional, energetic, self-motivated, and have a positive attitude
- Takes rapidly key decisions to solve immediately for issues delaying the Transformation's progress
Exhibits a can-do attitude with an uncompromising commitment to achieve objectives even in the face of obstacles and difficulties- Has energy to sustain program momentum over an extended period of time
Deploys a broad range of leadership and influencing styles, ranging from respected hard edge manager to motivational coach
