Position: Senior HR Manager
Location: Makati, Philippines
Work Arrangement: Full Onsite, Night Shift
Salary: Up to PHP 150,000 per month (depending on experience and qualifications)
Job Scope / Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and implementation of HR strategies aligned with the organization's goals.
- Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, with a focus on sourcing, attracting, and deploying IT talent across projects.
- Drive talent acquisition strategies for critical IT roles, ensuring timely onboarding and resource allocation.
- Partner with department heads to identify workforce needs, skill gaps, and succession planning requirements.
- Develop and implement HR policies, programs, and initiatives to enhance employee engagement, retention, and performance.
- Monitor HR metrics, reporting on recruitment effectiveness, employee turnover, and resource deployment efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws, company policies, and industry best practices.
Qualifications / Requirements:
- Proven experience in HR management, preferably with IT recruitment or tech industry exposure.
- Strong knowledge of HR strategy, talent acquisition, and workforce planning.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work full-time onsite, including night shift schedule.
