An established and fast-evolving company is seeking a strategic HR operations leader to strengthen employee support services and operational governance across the organization.
The successful candidate will oversee payroll operations, employee services, HR documentation management, and service delivery excellence while building a high-performing HR operations function.
Responsibilities
- Lead HR operational support and employee inquiry management
- Ensure payroll accuracy and timely processing aligned with regulatory requirements
- Oversee administration of employee benefits and statutory compliance
- Maintain HR documentation standards, knowledge repositories, and records management
- Strengthen HR operational controls and audit readiness
- Develop and coach HR operations and support teams
- Drive continuous improvement in employee service delivery and operational efficiency
Candidate Profile
- Extensive HR operations and employee services leadership experience
- Strong understanding of payroll governance and compliance standards
- Background in structured or high-volume organizations preferred
- Experience managing HR systems and operational reporting
- Strong stakeholder management and team leadership capabilities
- Detail-oriented with strong process and governance discipline
