An Australian-based company specializing in advanced antimicrobial solutions and PPE is currently looking to hire a Senior Graphic Designer to be based in Clark, Pampanga.
Responsibilities
- Design & Production: Execute high-quality layouts and finished artwork across digital, print, packaging, and point-of-sale materials for both B2B (pharmacy/retail) and consumer audiences.
- Brand Identity: Maintain and evolve the company's visual standards, managing a library of assets and ensuring consistent typography and imagery across all global communications.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Marketing, Sales, and Product teams to support launches, while liaising with external vendors like printers and photographers.
- Project Management: Oversee multiple design workflows simultaneously, from initial brainstorming and mock-ups to final file preparation and production specifications.
- Culture & Compliance: Contribute to a positive, professional workplace by adhering to company values, EEO legislation, and performance standards.
Qualifications
- Tertiary qualification in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field (essential).
- Additional training or certification in digital design, motion graphics, or packaging design (desirable).
- Minimum 3 years experience in a creative design role, ideally within a brand, agency, or FMCG environment.
- Demonstrated experience creating brand-aligned materials across digital, print, and packaging media.
- Experience managing design projects from concept through to production.
- Familiarity with marketing, branding, and product communication in a commercial context.
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects).
- Strong conceptual and visual design skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent time management and ability to manage multiple priorities.
